Making A Flex Payment Early

Here at Sideshow, we offer a way for collectors who have orders on Flexible Payment Plans to make their upcoming payments early. You can use this function even if your first flex payment is a few months away and if you decide you want to process more than one payment, you are welcome to do so.

You can also use this function to pay your final flex payment. Please note, your final balance will consist of your shipping fees and any applicable sales tax, which we cannot process until your order is in stock and ready to ship.

Let's get started.

Through your order details page, you'll see a breakdown of your upcoming payments. On the far right of the screen, you'll see the option to Make Next Payment Now under your Payment Options.

Once you click the Make Next Payment Now button, a pop-up window will appear confirming the payment amount and the payment method that will be charged once you select the Make Payment Now button.

Once you've pressed Make Payment Now, a new message will appear instructing you to not close the window, navigate away from this page, or refresh your browser; as your payment is currently processing.

Once this process is complete, you will see a dialog box confirming that your upcoming payment is currently processing. 

When you return to your Order Details page, you should see the payment that is currently processing reflected in blue with a Payment Processing status beside it. 

Once your payment has completed processing, your order details page will confirm the payment by displaying the text in green with a Paid status and a bold checkmark.
