User Account Registration Rules

1) Only one account per household/ billing address /IP address is allowed.

2) Once the account has been established, the user may not alter the original name of the account holder, unless there has been a legal name change, or “transfer” the account to a different person. Orders cannot be transferred from one account to another account.

3) For Fraud Protection purposes, the payment method registered in the account must belong to the account holder.

4) Sideshow reserves the right to disable or cancel an online user account at anytime for any reason. Please note that one of the most common reasons for account closure results from invalid forms of payment stored within your account or excessive declines (ISF) at the time of processing. Clients who purposely create multiple accounts in our system run the risk of having all of the associated accounts disabled, without notification. This would result in the cancellation of any pending pre-order(s) as well as the the loss of any Rewards. Multiple accounts in the system are defined as accounts that share any of the following information: the same person's name, household, credit card, email addresses, phone numbers, IP address, billing address and/or shipping address.
