Pay When You Want

Sideshow now offers the ability to apply custom payment amounts toward an order. Please note that if an item is not yet in stock, the shipping and tax will be due when the item is ready to ship. Custom payments will be distributed across the balance on the remaining flex payments, but will not remove any single payments from the schedule. Your monthly payment will still be processed on the regular scheduled date.

To make a custom payment:

1. Visit www.sideshow.com 
2. Log in to your online account
3. Click the User Account icon in the top right corner.
4. From the account area, click Orders.
5. Select the order you'd like to make a payment towards and click Order details.
6. Once in order details, click Pay Towards Balance.

7. Enter the amount you want to pay towards your order in the Amount field. Make sure your preferred payment method is selected. Click Pay Now.

Once this process is complete, you will see a dialog box confirming that your upcoming payment is currently processing. 

When you return to your Order Details page, you should see the payment that is currently processing reflected in green with a Payment Processing status beside it. 

Once your payment has processed, your order details page will confirm the payment by displaying green text with a paid status and a bold checkmark.

To make a custom payment toward your Flexible Payment plan:

1. Select Pay Towards Balance.

2. Enter the amount you want to pay in the Amount field. Click Pay Now.

*Please note* The payment will be applied to the remaining balance of the order, lowering all future payments. It will not alter your flex payment schedule.
