Required PayPal Update

​Our processing partner has recently announced a change that may impact upcoming PayPal payments for collectors billing in Mexico.


As a result, some collectors may need to follow the instructions listed below to avoid any potential FlexPay interruptions or payment declines. Any affected collectors will have been notified by email. If you have not received an email notification to make this update, you do not need to complete these steps.


Update Instructions

​1. Log in to your account at www.sideshow.com


2. Navigate to your Payment Methods.



3. Click on “Edit” under your current PayPal payment method.


4. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website. Simply click “Agree & Continue”. You may be prompted to log in to PayPal, if you’re not already.


5. You will then be redirected back to sideshow.com and the process will be complete.
