My order is canceled, when will I be refunded?

Please allow 24 hours for the status of the order to update in your Sideshow account. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming the cancellation.

Any payments (less the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded to the original payment method(s) within 2 to 5 business days. However, your banking institution may take up to 14 days to show the credit within your account. Please check their policies.

That said, if your pre-ordered item has experienced a delay, you will receive a full refund (including your non-refundable deposit) should you decide to cancel your order.

If your refund does not appear within 14 days, please notify us. 

I'm getting a refund but I don't have the same credit or debit card

We are required to attempt to issue your refund directly to the payment method originally processed. If the original payment method is no longer valid, but you are with the same financial institution, they may automatically issue the refund to the updated payment method through your account. Make sure to check their policies to see if this is the case. Alternatively, you may be able to contact your financial institution and request that they issue you the refund on their end as a check. If we find that there is an issue processing your refund, one of our Support representatives will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

If the payment method is not valid and you are no longer with the same financial institution, you may still be able to contact them directly to make arrangements for your refund. If not, any rejected funds should be returned back to us within 40 days, at which point one of our Support representatives will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
