Managing Addresses
You can update your shipping address information in your online account at any time. You can update an address up to 5 days before your order ships from the warehouse. If you need to update an address on an existing order and the website will not allow the edit, please call us at 805-214-2100 (Toll Free 1-855-SIDESHOW) as soon as possible. The below instructions detail how to add a new address, edit an existing address, and delete an address.
To add a new address:
- Visit www.sideshow.com
- Login to your online account
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- From the account area, click Addresses.
- Select Add New Address
6. Enter your information.
7. If the site indicates the address is a business address, please enter a business name. If the address is not a business, please enter an "."
8. If you receive an address validation error and you've double checked to ensure that all information is correct, check the box to save the address as entered.
9. Click Add Address. You'll see the address now accessible from the Addresses area of your account and a banner will display on the top of the site
To edit an address:
- Visit www.sideshow.com
- Login to your online account
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HI YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- From the account area, click Addresses.
- Select the address you wish to edit.
- Edit the information on the address.
- Click Add Address.
To set an address as the default address for future purchases:
- Visit www.sideshow.com
- Login to your online account
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HI YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- From the account area, click Addresses.
- The current default address will be in the first address book area.
6. Click the Set as default on the new address.
*PLEASE NOTE* Setting a new default address will ensure FUTURE orders ship to this address. Any existing orders WILL NOT ship to this address. To update the address on an existing order, you need to access the individual order and update the address there.
To update the address on an existing order:
- Visit www.sideshow.com
- Login to your online account
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HI YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Orders.
- Click Open to filter your open orders. Locate the order you wish to update the address for.
- Click Modify order.
- Near the Shipping address, click Change.
Select the appropriate address from the drop down, and click Use this Address
To delete an address:
- Visit www.sideshow.com
- Login to your online account
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HI YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- From the account area, click Addresses.
- Select the address you wish to delete.
- At the bottom of the page, in red, click Yes, delete this entry
- A pop-up will ask you if you are sure, Click OK.
- The address has been removed from your account.
