Delivery Restrictions

In this age of identity theft, Sideshow protects its customers and their financial information as much as possible. One of the ways that we do this is to only ship orders to the customer’s billing address or place of business. If you choose to send your order to your business address, then you will need to include your business name along with that address information; otherwise, we will automatically send the item to your billing address.

If you find yourself in a situation where no one is available to sign for your package at home and you can’t ship to your business location, Sideshow will ship to a second party address if an alternate shipping authorization form is submitted, received, and confirmed prior to shipment.

Keep in mind, you'll be authorizing anyone at that address to sign for your package, and by completing the authorization form you are waiving certain rights. So make sure you trust whomever will be there! If this shipment needs to be returned or exchanged, we will only be able to arrange this with the original customer, regardless of who signed for the package.

In addition to the information above, there are select countries to which we are unable to deliver our product. For a complete listing, click here.

Shipping Restrictions

As many of our carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes, Sideshow is unable to accept P.O. box addresses as a valid shipping address. Furthermore, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or hotels. You need to get your goodies shipped to a tangible, physical address!

Though Sideshow ships items worldwide, there are some countries where we are unable to send shipments (there are a variety of reasons why this may be the case, including licensing restrictions and territory importing issues). You can find the list of those countries here.

Combined Shipping

In most cases, Sideshow is unable to guarantee combined order shipments. This is due to a variety of factors: item arrival dates, sizes of items, our ability to pack items in the same box, etc. It's a complicated business!

If you place an order for multiple in-stock items, Sideshow will attempt (with smaller figures such as 1:6 and 1:10) to combine them into one box if they are placed under the same order number, though we make no guarantees. Should the items be placed on separate orders, they will not ship together.

An order for multiple pre-order items is a different case, due to the likelihood that those items will not be arriving at our warehouse on the same dates. Even if the items are on the same order and are scheduled to ship within the same date range, there is no guarantee they will arrive in the warehouse at the same time. Because of this, pre-orders will ship at the time of their arrival and we will not hold shipments until multiple items are in stock.

Please note that flex-pay orders, whether in-stock or pre-order, are automatically separated into different order numbers, even if they have the same Master Order Number. Flex-pay orders are not eligible for combined shipping at this time.

In general, Sideshow is unable to combine larger items with smaller items, such as Premium Format Figure or 1:3 scale figure shipping with a 1:6 figure. You wouldn't want your smaller items getting crushed, anyway!
