Sideshow Rewards Program

Collect what you love and earn Rewards!

Rewards can be earned on almost every product that we sell through our online store. You earn 5% back on each purchase, so the savings add up fast! You can either hang onto these reward points for a larger discount or use them as you go to buy even more of your favorite statues and figures; you win, either way!

How to View Your Available Rewards


1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.

2. Hover the cursor over the outline of a person in the top right corner. This will cause the pop-up screen to well... pop up. On the menu click on Sideshow Rewards.

3. The Rewards Home Page appears as below:

5. The Available Balance will show the amount currently available to be used. The Pending balance will show the amount not yet credited to your account. As rewards expire one year from the date of activation, the Expiring rewards will show how many rewards are scheduled to expire in you account and on which date.


When do earned rewards expire?

Rewards expire a year from the date earned (for example, rewards earned on 4/30/2021 will expire on 4/30/2022). 

Pending Rewards

Sideshow Rewards become available to use 40-45 days after an order ships. Until the time that they are available, they will show as pending in an account and cannot yet be used.

To View Pending Rewards:

1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.

2. Hover the cursor over the outline of a person in the top right corner to view the pop-up window.

3. On the menu click on Sideshow Rewards.

Rewards History

Customers are now able to review their Rewards History! This will show the date that rewards were added, the amount of Rewards added, if those Rewards were used, and any additional notes that are associated with your account. To view your Rewards History, follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.

2. Hover the cursor over the outline of a person in the top right corner to view the pop-up window.

3. On the menu click on Sideshow Rewards.

Redeeming Rewards

Rewards can only be used at checkout and cannot be applied after your order is submitted. These Rewards are good for the price of the item only; they cannot be applied to taxes or shipping fees. Rewards cannot be applied to a nonrefundable deposit unless the full value of the item is being paid for in Rewards. Follow the simple steps below to take advantage of your Rewards:

1. Place your order and proceed to the checkout screen as usual.

2. On the checkout screen, under the Place your order button, click on the  +Sideshow Rewards.

3. If you have Rewards available you will see the amount of rewards available in your account and the box in which to apply them. Select the number of Rewards you would like to add to the order and click the Apply button.

4. The checkout screen will update to display the discount and new remaining balance on the order.

5. Check the box to acknowledge the Terms and conditions (after reviewing them of course) and click the Place your order button to complete your purchase.

Removing Rewards

Sometimes someone may change their mind and decide to keep their Rewards for another purchase. We totally understand. You can remove your Rewards prior to completing your purchase.

  1. On the checkout screen, under the Place your order button, you will see the applied rewards in the +Sideshow Rewards section:

2. Click the "Remove" button.

Reminder emails


As a convenience to you, we will send you a monthly email with your Sideshow Rewards summary. This email is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you would like to opt out of this email at any time (if it becomes more of an annoyance than a convenience), please uncheck the box located in the 'Reward Email Preference' panel:
