Collect what you love and earn Rewards!
Rewards can be earned on almost every product that we sell through our online store. You earn 5% back on each purchase, so the savings add up fast! You can either hang onto these reward points for a larger discount or use them as you go to buy even more of your favorite statues and figures; you win, either way!
How to View Your Available Rewards
5. The Available Balance will show the amount currently available to be used:
When do earned rewards expire?
Rewards expire a year from the date earned (for example, rewards earned 4/30/2021 will expire 4/30/2022).
Pending Rewards
Sideshow Rewards become available to use 40-45 days after an order ships. Until the time that they are available, they will show as pending in an account and cannot yet be used.
To View Pending Rewards:
- Log in to your account at sideshow.com.
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- Click Sideshow Rewards.
- Click Pending Rewards:
Rewards History
Customers are now able to review their Rewards History! This will show the date that rewards were added, the amount of Rewards added, if those Rewards were used, and any additional notes that are associated with your account. To view your Rewards History, follow the instructions below.
- Log in to your account at sideshow.com.
- Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
- Click Sideshow Rewards.
- Make sure that Rewards History is selected:
Redeeming Rewards
Rewards can only be used at checkout and cannot be applied after your order is submitted. These Rewards are good for the price of the item only; they cannot be applied to taxes or shipping fees. Follow the simple steps below to take advantage of your Rewards:
3. Click the down arrow by the word available to have the option to apply rewards:
4. If the full amount is to be applied, click Apply.
5. To change the amount applied, delete the amount in the text box and enter the correct amount, then click “Apply.”
6. The page will now update and show Sideshow Rewards applied:
Removing Rewards
To Remove Rewards from an order during checkout:
- On the checkout screen, in the Payment Method section, look for the green text stating Rewards are applied:
2. Click the "Remove" button.
Reminder emails
As a convenience to you, we will send you a monthly email with your Sideshow Rewards summary. This email is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you would like to opt out of this email at any time (if it becomes more of an annoyance than a convenience), please uncheck the box located in the 'Reward Email Preference' panel:
