Returned and Undeliverable Packages
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Package Refusals
Sideshow does NOT recommend refusing the delivery of purchased goods under any circumstances. If you wish to return an item or have any questions, please accept the item and then contact us for assistance rather than refusing the shipment with the carrier.
We have specific procedures in place to assist you with the easy return and exchange of an item. Refusing a package will only lengthen the amount of time it will take to bring you a satisfactory resolution and cost you additional return fees applied by the carrier.
Refused packages are not eligible to be reshipped, so if you do wish to receive the item, please be sure to avoid a refusal for any reason.
If a package is refused, when it arrives back in our warehouse we will automatically process a refund for the item’s purchase price, less the original and return shipping costs, international return fees, and applicable taxes.
Packages Returned By The Carrier
Packages returned to Sideshow due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the receiver's inability to sign, unpaid duties and taxes, etc., will not be re-shipped to the collector. They will be checked into our warehouse, and a refund will be issued less the original and return shipping costs, international return fees, and any applicable taxes.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If the package arrives damaged, please accept it and contact us immediately. We can offer resolutions and streamline the return process for you if a return is necessary. In many cases, we can provide a resolution that does not require you to return the item to our warehouse.
If You Changed Your Mind
If you decide you simply no longer want the item, that’s okay! Please accept the package and contact us for assistance making a return. We also recommend that you open and fully
inspect your delivery prior to requesting your return to ensure that the item is not damaged. If there is damage, please let us know when you submit your request.
For International Customers
Any item shipped internationally from Sideshow will incur additional customs import fees and taxes, which are assessed upon delivery. Customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to the carrier.
We strongly suggest that you contact your local customs office to verify the duty rate prior to making your purchase so that you are aware of the extra costs involved with importing your collectibles. These fees are not a valid reason for refusing or returning a package and will not be covered by Sideshow’s Return and Exchange Warranty. Any international deliveries that are refused will have those fees and taxes deducted from the refund due.
Any items that are abandoned by the carrier and not returned to Sideshow will be considered lost and no refund will be issued. Please be aware that any international purchases that are refused/abandoned could result in permanent account closure.
