'Signature Required' Policy and Fees

Almost all of the items that we sell are limited editions. To ensure that our items are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery may be required. This will be indicated in the e-mail you receive confirming the shipment of your item(s).  If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, we suggest you have your item(s) delivered to an alternate address or opt to have it held for local pick-up.

If you are shipping domestically within the United States using UPS, you may want to utilize a UPS My Choice® account, which will allow you more control over your delivery. UPS My Choice® will also allow you to have your item(s) held for local pick up at the nearest UPS Access Point™. By electing to use UPS My Choice® to alter or manage delivery, the recipient assumes full responsibility, and Sideshow is not liable for any loss, theft, or failure of delivery.
