How do I redeem my promo code?

The first place you can redeem a promo code is via your cart. Below the 'Proceed to checkout' button you will see an expandible option labeled "Promo Code or Gift card". Expand that option enter your promotional code and click apply or select an applicable code from your Sideshow Wallet.

You will also be able to enter your promo code at checkout as well. You will see a similar expandible option labeled "Promo Code or Gift card" just like on the cart screen. Expand that option enter your promotional code and click apply or select an applicable code from your Sideshow Wallet.

Can I redeem multiple promo codes on a single order?
In nearly all cases, only one promo code per order can be redeemed at checkout. However, in some VERY rare instances, you may be able to double dip. See the terms and limitations on each promotion for specific details.

Can I redeem a promo code when placing an order over the phone with a Customer Support representative?

No, unfortunately, promo codes must be redeemed online via the website. We hire very friendly and knowledgeable representatives who sound nothing at all like a website!

Can I redeem a promo code when placing an order via live chat?

We love our live chat team, but unfortunately, no, promo codes must be redeemed by you via the checkout process. Though they talk to you on our website, our live chat team are people and not extensions of the website that have gained sentience and individuality (or at least that's what they tell us).

Can I redeem a promo code on an I order that I placed previously?

As you may have guessed from the past few answered, promo codes must be redeemed at the time of checkout online via the website. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or existing open orders. Unless you have a time machine, in which case you should probably do something cooler with it than going back in time to apply a promo code.
