2019 Con Exclusives - Pick Up FAQ

GENERAL INFORMATION

2019 CONVENTION EXCLUSIVES

  • Hot Toys Iron Man Neon Tech (Yellow Version) Sixth Scale Figure
  • Iron Studios Iron Man Mark I 1:10 Scale Statue
  • Iron Studios Bane 1:10 Scale Statue – Non-Attendee ordering only
  • Iron Studios Ghost Rider 1:10 Scale Statue – Non-Attendee ordering only

ITEM AVAILABILITY 
The Mad Titan (Gold Colored Edition) Designer Toy, Hot Toys’ Iron Man Neon Tech (Yellow Version) Figure, and Iron Studios Iron Mark Mark 1 1:10 Scale Statue will be available mainly to Convention Attendees with a small portion of the editions also available to Non-Attendees, which includes international collectors (in select territories). Iron Studios Bane and Ghost Rider 1:10 Scale Statues will only be made available to purchase online for Non-Attendees.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLES? 
You will only be allowed to purchase one (1) of each of this exclusive item. (1 per customer, household, payment method, user account, e-mail address, billing address and/or shipping address.)

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE OR REWARDS POINTS?
Coupons and Sideshow Rewards points will NOT be valid on on this item but, you will 'earn' Sideshow Reward points. 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

CHARGING YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
Attendee and non-attendee orders will have the full balance processed at the time of purchase. A final invoice will be emailed once your order has been processed. In addition to a photo ID, you will need to provide your invoice for pick-up - printed or digital via your mobile device.

PAYMENT METHOD DECLINES
Should your payment method decline, you will be notified via e-mail and the payment will automatically re-process in TWO (2) business days (48 Hours). If the form of payment on file needs to be updated or changed, please make the necessary adjustments via your Sideshow online account prior to your re-run date. If payment declines on the second charge attempt, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Pick up your Con Exclusive(s) during the below times:

  • Wednesday, July 17  5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Thursday, July 18     10:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Friday, July 19          10:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, July 20     10:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Sunday, July 21        10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Open sale on abandoned orders - All Con Exclusives not picked up by Sunday at noon:

  • Sunday, July 21      1:30 pm – T B D

PICK UP LOCATION
To pick up your item, bring your invoice and Photo ID to the counter at Sideshow’s SDCC booth #1929. 

ORDERED AN ITEM BUT CANT PICK IT UP?
All attendee items are being taken to San Diego. Any orders not picked up at the show will be automatically cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded to the collector (less a $20.00 cancellation fee). All abandoned items will be up for sale Sunday, July 21 after 1:30 pm.

WHO CAN PICK UP MY ITEM?
The person who ordered the item must pick it up in person. You will need to provide your final invoice (printed or digital via your mobile device) and a valid picture ID that matches the invoice before we will release the product to you. No exceptions.
