• The Sideshow Rewards Program is a loyalty program through which you can earn discounts on future purchases. You get one reward for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, and you can redeem at 20 rewards to the dollar of purchase price for eligible purchases that cost $50 or more. Those rewards expire after 1 year.
• Becoming part of the Sideshow Rewards Program means you accept everything written in these terms and conditions (even in the nitty gritty, below).
• To join the Rewards Program you have to be 18, you have to agree to get ads and emails from us, it has to be legal where you live, and you can't work for us.
• You can quit the program at any time, and we can kick you out if you don't follow the rules. In either case, you lose all your rewards if you do. But don't break the rules and you won't have to worry about that! provision shall be reformed to the extent possible to comply with applicable law and the remaining terms and conditions shall maintain their full force and effect. 

Full Details (the nitty gritty)

• Enrollment in the Sideshow Rewards Program becomes effective only upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Redemption of Rewards will implicitly constitute acceptance of these terms. 
• The Sideshow Rewards Program is a loyalty program provided by Sideshow Inc. ("Sideshow") that provides discounts to members on future purchases ("Sideshow Rewards" or "rewards"), subject to certain restrictions. By becoming a member of the Sideshow Rewards Program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Sideshow.
• Sideshow Rewards are void where prohibited by law. If any provision of these terms and conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed to the extent possible to comply with applicable law and the remaining terms and conditions shall maintain their full force and effect.  Sideshow reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary.
• Taxes on Sideshow Rewards may apply where required by law and are the Member's sole responsibility. 
• Sideshow Rewards Program membership ("Membership") is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Membership. Employees of Sideshow, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses, parents or children are not eligible for Membership. A Member may have only one Membership account even if he or she has multiple e-mail addresses. Multiple accounts will be terminated by Sideshow, and the Sideshow Rewards accumulated in those accounts will be forfeited. 
• If there is no account activity or Sideshow rewards from any source posted to a Sideshow Rewards Program Member’s account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
• A member may terminate their Membership at any time by submitting a notice of termination via email to Sideshow at [support@sideshow.com], by mail to [Sideshow, 2630 Conejo Spectrum St., Thousand Oaks, CA, 91320] or by telephone. Upon termination, Member will forfeit any accumulated Sideshow Rewards. Membership is not transferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Membership is valid only for purchases made online through the sideshow.com website. Sideshow, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any Membership.
• Abuse of the Sideshow Rewards Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, or other improper conduct as determined by Sideshow in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of the Member’s account and future disqualification from program participation as well as forfeiture of all Sideshow Rewards accrued. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the Sideshow Rewards Program, Sideshow reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary.
• Sideshow reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Sideshow shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
• Sideshow may provide Members with Sideshow rewards statements, Sideshow Rewards Program terms updates, and other notices through email, through the Member’s online account, or in print via mail at Sideshow’s sole discretion.
• If there is no account activity or Sideshow rewards from any source posted to a Sideshow Rewards Program Member’s account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
• Information provided by Members will be handled according to the Sideshow Privacy Policy.
• Members earn one reward for every dollar spent on eligible purchases on the Sideshow.com website. Sideshow, in its sole discretion, may award Sideshow Rewards for purchases made prior to the date of Membership. Sideshow Rewards earned will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar of the purchase. Sideshow Rewards will be posted to the Member’s account as soon as practicable following shipment of the eligible purchase. When a Member returns an eligible purchase to Sideshow, the Sideshow Rewards previously posted to Member’s account for that purchase will be deducted from the Member’s account. Other exclusions may apply. Sideshow Rewards have no cash value and cannot be refunded for cash.
• Sideshow Rewards may not be used in part or in whole towards an item’s non-refundable deposit. Any Sideshow Rewards applied to an order that requires a non-refundable deposit will be allocated to the remaining balance of the item. All non-refundable deposits must be paid for in actual funds.
•  Sideshow Rewards are redeemable at 20 rewards to the dollar of purchase price for eligible purchases or at such other rate as Sideshow may determine in its sole discretion. Sideshow Rewards that have been redeemed for purchases that have been subsequently canceled or returned for any reason will be automatically returned to the member’s account.
• Purchases of items $50 or less in SRP (Suggested Retail Price) are eligible to earn Sideshow Rewards. However, these items are not eligible to be purchased with Sideshow Rewards, unless specifically designated as eligible for redemption.
• Customers without a previously shipped order may only use Sideshow Rewards if their order subtotal is $50 or more.
• Sideshow is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information. Sideshow Rewards that remain in Members’ accounts are forfeited if and when Sideshow Rewards expire (as per their expiration date), the Member’s account is dormant for 24 months, or the Sideshow Rewards Program is terminated.
• As of January 1, 2021, Sideshow Rewards from any source will have an expiration date of one (1) year from the activation date of the Sideshow rewards. The activation date is defined as the date the Sideshow reward became eligible to be used for redemption. Any rewards that are active as of January 1, 2021 will expire in one year on January 1, 2022. Sideshow Rewards listed as PENDING are not ACTIVE and are therefore not assigned an expiration date.
• Sideshow Rewards that are due to expire within 30 days will be highlighted in the Sideshow Rewards area of the Member’s account and may be included in the Member’s Sideshow Rewards Program summary email under a section entitled, “About to Expire”.
• Sideshow Rewards are not transferable and may not be combined among Members. Rewards may not be transferred or conveyed by any means to anyone, including to a Member’s estate, and may not pass to Members’ successors or assigns. Sideshow Rewards are a discretionary discount and do not constitute property of the Member.
• All Sideshow Rewards must be earned and redeemed according to the Terms and Conditions of the Sideshow Rewards Program. Sideshow has the absolute right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for Sideshow Rewards.
• Sideshow reserves the right to revoke and remove any Sideshow Rewards illegitimately earned through nefarious practices, technical hiccups, virus intrusion, technical back doors, or other non-standard methods. As such, the illegitimate rewards can be removed without notice or customer approval. 
• Sideshow may change the Sideshow Rewards Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation or rewards value levels for purchases in whole or in part at any time without notice. Such changes may affect the value of the Sideshow Rewards already accumulated. Sideshow may change or terminate program partners, if any, and withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Sideshow Reward, change the value of rewards, modify or regulate the transferability of Sideshow Rewards or other benefits, modify expiration dates, institute or add Sideshow Reward blackout dates, or limit the number of Sideshow Rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
• Sideshow may, at any time, terminate or modify the Sideshow Rewards Program and these terms and conditions without any notice to or further obligations to Members.
• The Terms and Conditions of the Sideshow Rewards Program shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Sideshow Rewards Program shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration before JAMS in the County of Los Angeles, California, pursuant to its rules for Streamlined Arbitration. MEMBERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO CLASS ACTION RELIEF, WAIVE ANY CLAIM THAT THE FORUM SELECTED IS INCONVENIENT, AND AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES SOLELY THROUGH ARBITRATION AS SPECIFIED HEREIN.
