When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail that contains the tracking number. For U.S. and International (Non-EU) customers who did not receive an e-mail, you can also locate your tracking number in your Online Account under the specific order.

If your order has received no tracking scans:
Very often ground shipments are placed on a truck that is going directly to a hub nearest your delivery address, and does not go through multiple scans along the way. Please wait until at least the day after your scheduled delivery date before contacting FedEx, UPS, or Sideshow.
